A new Alabama law allows dogs to be in outdoor dining areas and patios if the restaurant wants to allow them. All of the restaurants have to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act rules on service dogs.

We recently had the pleasure of a visit at Cotton Bayou with the Harrison family. The week was filled with fun outdoor activities, including boat rides on the Miss Kay, fishing on the dock, feeding fish scraps to the pelicans and herons, catching crabs for a crab boil, and checking out the totally deserted beach. They are such a joy, and have been so helpful. And we’re very excited about the new fish cleaning station that Robert built for the dock! A big thank you to the whole family ❤️
