Welcome to "Seas the Day." This Gulf front condo is on the 7th floor at Summer House in Orange Beach Alabama.
We are a beautiful new Summer House after our 2 year 24 million dollar exterior restoration!
The owners of Building A and B , a total of 168 condos , have invested so much to give you the best experience possible.
Summer House building A has been under restoration since last Sept. 2024 - May 2025. We are getting a totally new and refeshed exterior. The outdoor pool will open in May for our summer guests.
Seas The Day is located directly on the Gulf and has beautiful breathtaking views from nearly every room.
Since it is a corner unit, it has a luxury wraparound balcony that is HUGE (480 sq feet to be exact!)
It is a clean, cozy 3BR/2BA condo featuring comfortable beds and plenty of space for your entire group! Enjoy the morning sunrise on the oversized covered balcony with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar. The condo is located in a secure and private complex, and includes access to multiple community pools, sauna, hot tub, pickleball, basketball and fitness center!
Seas the Day offers stunning views of the pristine beaches and the Gulf from nearly every room. With its open layout and large windows, this cozy condo provides breathtaking views of the Gulf while being situated in a gated resort community. The interior of the condo is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed to maximize both comfort and functionality. There are large glass sliding doors that lead to the private covered balcony as well as a wraparound balcony that can be accessed from all 3 the bedrooms , the living room and dining room.
Your entire stay will be filled with the sights and sounds of the water and the beach.
The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it a perfect spot for couples, small families, or friends who are looking for a relaxing time away.
🛌 SLEEPING
There are three bedrooms, each with access to the outdoor space.. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed with an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom includes two twin beds, perfect for a kids sleeping spot. All rooms are creatively decorated and provide plenty of closet and storage space. The sofa in the living room has a queen mattress or if you prefer, we have a nice queen size air mattress that we keep there .
The living area is designed to be a spot for the group to relax and enjoy the indoors while still having access to the beautiful beach views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, an electric fireplace and a beautiful glass dining table.
For the kids and big kids at heart , there are several keys hidden in the condo and out on the balcony that fit two treasure chest that are in the condo . These chest are filled with all kind of goodies and loot !
The kids and big kids have all loved hunting the keys to the treasure !

Things that we offer ..
There is a karaoke machine , a guitar, a record player with numerous records for adults and some that children would enjoy .
The condo is thoughtfully decorated with beautiful decor with some pirate themed fun items included .
There are free pirate eye patches , pirate hats , a plastic pirate sword , free mermaid coin purses and some other fun stuff for children in an old trunk in the master bedroom.
There are also pirate hats for adults in the trunk to use for Photo shoots if interested. There are photo backdrops in the trunk that are all pirate and mermaid themed.
There are 2 pirate ride on toys out on the balcony for kids under 3.
For your enjoyment, or rainy days , there are numerous pirate, mermaid & beach themed games , a poker set , a light up professional co****le game , ring toss , books , and a large selection of DVD’S .
We also provide popcorn , spices , oil , and a full coffee bar to go with the duo coffee maker, for ground or pods .
We have a small electric grill and a cooking cart out on the balcony .
There is a Bluetooth speaker for the balcony .
All tv’s have regular cable , but they also all have Roku’s

Me Treasure is still here and if ye are wise , ye will find it . The two chest be brown and not to hard for ye eye to see ! Filled with new treasures that await ye .
But it’s a new year and ye scallywags searched and found me keys before , so this year , there’s no telling where they may be , for not all keys be inside.
I give ye a few hints to find the key…
The candy is sweet and melts in ye mouth , the seashell is whole ,but broken with a square near the middle .
I sail the sea , me crew and me , it is dark , rough and stormy . I look for the light to show me the way , and know that land is not far away.
If ye can’t find your way , me treasure will not be yours this day .
But I give ye one more chance , for there is another way ..
In me other box of treasures from the sea , there ye will find the other key .
Look for these and the keys to me treasure awaits ye ! You only need 2 keys , but I have 5 hidden away and there only be one key hidden in these 5 that will open the large chest !
But beware ye Scallywags , a reminder, don’t take me 2 crowns , the Diamond necklace or me Diamond earrings ! This be me b***y that I stole and plundered from Jack Sparrow! And It’s all mine ! All mine I say !
I don’t want to have to make ye walk the plank where the sharks and sea monsters be ! ☠️💀🏴☠️
Search around , try ye best , but know ye this , if ye be lucky and find the key, please put the keys back in the same place ye find them .
Yo Ho Ho !
Take heed me lads and lassies , Me treasure is larger than ever and plenty to share with ye , take your picks , take one of each , but please leave some loot for the other ship mates and plundering pirates that will be arriving after ye leave . Arrrrrrr I will come hunt ye down and put a bounty on ye head !

"This is an awesome condo for your beach vacation! Beach view from all 3 bedrooms, wrap around deck with wonderful views of the ocean and pool. Decor is gorgeous! And it has everything you need, from basics to all the extras. Books, movies, games for entertainment. Even a guitar which my son in law and grandson loved. You even get a pirate and a treasure chest! Of course you have to find the key to the chest which is fun for kids! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great vacation!

" For a great beach experience, this is the condo needed. The location is perfect: beach front, wrap around balcony, very close to the water, easy rental for beach chairs & umbrella. If you want to just relax , listen to the waves hitting, watch the sunset , etc., the balcony has comfortable & beautiful furnishings. All the bedrooms are well furnished with fabulous bedding. The owners provide so many extras that make your visit so enjoyable. The elderly & the young alike will enjoy this condo. Gift packets are left for the young & the elderly. No one can imagine owners providing so many necessities & fun activities like games, books, full tv services, etc. it is an absolutely amazingly beautifully furnished condo. Check out the pictures. "My family and I are absolutely in love with this Condo ! Seas the day has it all ! The huge wrap around balcony is amazing and there’s no way to describe the beautiful views! From the moment you walk in the door , you are blown away by the beauty of the decorations, and furnishings. Someone mentioned it looking like something you would see in a magazine and we all totally agree . The owners have thought of everything and I mean everything! They have stuff there that you would never ever think of as being in a condo rental. It’s not only the beautiful furnishings, or the indescribable views from the balcony , there’s so many extras ! The owners have hidden keys in the condo and have 2 treasure chest filled with more fun things than you can imagine! Our children went wild with excitement when they opened the chest ! So make sure you make it a priority to find the keys ! You will not be disappointed. There is regular coffee, coffee pods, creamers and sugars! There are numerous games, cards, poker, a horseshoes game, a corn hole game, and so many great books, a guitar, even a wonderful record player with records ! There’s just so much to list that’s great ! I could go on and on explaining just how grand this place is . There are so many fun surprises, trust me , your group will enjoy it ! It’s so much fun for kids! We hope to be able to rent this condo again and again, every chance we get on our next visit’s to Orange Beach. It was very clean, has an ice maker in the condo which is a great plus and they have everything you could ever need for cooking! The host and owners are all awesome! Very sweet people. You will not regret renting this beautiful place ! If I could give it more stars, I would!

"I have had the most wonderful stay! This condo is just perfect! The moment I walked in I felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! "Are you looking for prefect location, provided supplies, prefect view, spotless, condo like no other you have visited? Are you looking for the prefect host? This is the place for you. Easy beach access, elevators are user friendly, that always a plus, Ice machine in the room. Extra trash bags, shampoo, coffee supplies, beach supplies. Look no more. You will talk about this condo until next visit.

"What a magical place to stay on the beach with your family! From the time you walk in you receive an abundance of beautiful scenery. Everything is very well decorated, very clean, and feels like a home away from home. With all the amenities needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation already at the condo, I can’t think of a better place to make core memories at that require only for you to show up and enjoy your stay. The location is perfect, right on the beach for an easy access to enjoy the beautiful ocean water or simply relax at the pool and enjoy hearing the waves. The condo also has nearby stores and convince for a full comfort of an easy vacation. There are games, movies, karaoke, and a beautiful view of the ocean right at your fingertips. We had the absolute best time staying here with our family, I can still remember the laughs we enjoyed and wonderful seafood we ate. If your looking for a safe and well kept place to enjoy your vacation at the beach I would highly recommend staying here!

"This condo is top of the line! The wrap around balcony gives the most spectacular views of the ocean with lots of seating on balcony. The condo is decorated to the hilt in a pirate theme with lots of extras and fun goodies for kids. This was our third stay there for our girls’ trip, and we look forward to many more! Highly recommend!!
