We decided to rent out our second home for others to enjoy when we cannot be here. We realize that many owners stock their condos with the bare minimum necessities in order to maximize their profit. In our years as renters, we always bought towels, baking sheets and other things the rented condo did not have. We do not want our guests to do that. he things we want and need and we hope you enjoy and care for it as if it would be your home away from home. Many of the older condo owners have told us how they completely removed their icemakers in the bar because icemakers are nothing but a money pit. We understand that yes, icemakers are a money pit but we kept ours because guests like it and so do we. We have tried to balance amenities for guests with reasonable cost for us. We have found good cleaners and our own higher quality sheets and towels will remain in our condo for your use. We have spoken to other condo owners and researched all of the internet providers available to us. We found all of them to be not so good. We can't change that but what we can do is subscribe to the best, most convenient one so you don't have to pay by the week when you are visiting. We put a 50" flat screen TV in our living room because we love it and know other people enjoy a big screen TV too. We put 39” flat panel TVs on the walls in the bedrooms and Blue Ray players to go with all the TV’s. We put a Bluetooth Sony Sound System because we enjoy listening to our music and we know you will love it too. We have tried very hard to make our second home as comfortable and enjoyable as we can. We are not absentee owners and we are not a management company. We know the place and love the place, and that translates to a better experience for you. Please join us!
