Our Story
The flagship of the iconic Phoenix properties, Phoenix I, recently underwent an extensive remodel. Updates include energy-efficient, floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on all balconies as well as construction of a new beach boardwalk and a complete restructure the south, beach-front wall. These updates were completed with you, our guests, in mind, to better and fully enjoy your vacation on Alabama’s Gulf Coast!
Phoenix I features a wide variety of amenities, including hot tubs, saunas, indoor racquetball and access to lighted outdoor tennis courts. There is a fitness room, a gazebo, and a solar-heated outdoor pool, including a kiddie pool. In addition to one, two, and three bedroom fully furnished condos, a penthouse is also available to rent for your stay.
This luxury condominium is located directly on the beach, so you can sunbathe to your heart's content, or catch the sunrise with an unobstructed view. Watch the waves from your balcony, or pelicans flying by with a day's catch. Stay up late playing a card game, or just relax in the plush and colorful comforts of your condo. Catch up on your favorite shows or the big game on one of the color TVs at your home away from home. The kitchen is fully furnished to help you prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for your family and friends.
Of course, part of Phoenix I's appeal is its proximity to everything, including some of our most well-known and delicious seafood restaurants. Within walking distance are Live Bait, Wintzell's Oyster House and Shucker's Oyster Bar.
