Judy's CONDO 2088 Phoenix II, Orange Beach, Al . Gulf FRONT views...sunrise and sunset! My 3 bedroom unit has just been updated, smoke free and sleeps 8 . You can seat 4 at the bar and 6+ at the table.

The living/dining area is spacious with floor to ceiling windows allowing beach and gulf views from balcony or living area. The kitchen is full furnished with stainless appliances and granite counters. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with an adjoining full bath. Master bedroom also has a private balcony. The second bedroom has two full size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.

The 2nd full bath is located between bedrooms There are large flat screen TVs in each BR and LR. Wi-Fi/high-speed internet is available at no charge. There is also a washer/dryer. The balcony is nice for viewing pool, beach and gulf. The outdoor pool is extra large and features a water fall and also kid pools for the little ones. Other building amenities include 2 indoor hot tubs, a pavilion deck with tables, and a BBQ grilling area adjacent to the pool area; games room, tennis courts, basketball goal and exercise room. A heated inside pool is shared with Phoenix III. The boardwalk takes you out to the beautiful sugar white beaches where padded chaise lounges and umbrella rental are available (in season). Daily, weekly or monthly rental is available for this unit. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10 am. This unit is in close proximity to local restaurants, grocery stores, amusement parks and nature and there are lots of other area activities for all ages.
