🚑 First Response Training International CPR, Oxygen Provider & AED Training

The Rescue Diver Course is one of the most valuable and rewarding courses a diver can take. This course helps build confidence, improve awareness, and teach divers how to better assist themselves and others in emergency situations.

Whether your goal is to become a better dive buddy, continue toward leadership-level training, or simply feel more prepared in the water, Rescue Diver is an important next step.

✅ Course Prerequisites:

• Minimum age: 18, or 10 with parental consent
• Current First Response Adult and Child Emergency Care Provider and Oxygen Administration Provider certification, or equivalent, where local law permits
• SDI Advanced Adventure Diver, SDI Junior Advanced Adventure Diver, or equivalent certification.

Divers under age 15 may earn the Junior Rescue Diver certification. Junior students must train and dive under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or active dive professional.

Need CPR, AED, and Oxygen Provider training? First Response courses may be combined with the SDI Rescue Diver Course.

Spots are limited and advance registration is required.

Two separate bookings. Four guests. Different backgrounds, different stories, and different reasons for visiting Florida.

But they all had one thing in common, they wanted to do more than just pass through Florida. They wanted to experience it.

As we explored the spring together, they spotted a pacu, giant carp, plenty of turtles, and the kind of underwater scenery that makes Blue Spring one of Florida’s most unforgettable natural places. The water was clear, the wildlife was active, and the whole experience turned into one of those “you had to be there” moments.

By the end of the tour, something pretty awesome happened.

🎉 Congratulations to our newest Wreck Divers! 🤿⚓

Florida Dive Company is proud to recognize our youth divers who recently completed their Wreck Diver specialty course!

Throughout the course, they built on their diving skills by learning how to plan and conduct wreck dives safely and responsibly. They worked on important concepts such as wreck orientation, dive planning, potential hazards, buoyancy control, buddy awareness, and respectful exploration of underwater history.

At Florida Dive Company, we’re proud to specialize in youth diver training and continuing education, helping young divers build confidence, safety awareness, and a lifelong love for the underwater world.
