On Wednesday March 6th we took a ride to Sarasota Fl. to visit Michael and Janice at their airbnb. Uncle Russ and Aunt Jean were there and we had a wonderful time Wed and Thursday. Shortly after breakfast we were sitting around talking with M&J when it occurred to me how quiet the children were. They were sitting at the table with Ipads, not a peep to be heard. (See below)

Today I received a call asking for help finding a 3br rental Apt or House for a young couple with 3 children under 8 years old. Both work full time at the Elderwood Nursing Home on Como Park Blvd, and recently were displaced from their apartment when the complex burned destroying theirs and 11 other apartments.
The Red Cross is helping for the time being, and will assist with the first months rent and the Security Deposit if they can secure housing by the end of February.
They are trying to stay as close to the lancaster, cheektowaga, depew, west seneca area as possible. They were paying $950 a month, and realize its probably going to cost more.
If you or someone you know has a rental that is currently available, please let me know. If not, maybe you could share this post so we can find something for them and or the other people who were displaced. Thank you

👮WESTERN NEW YOUR ITALIAN AMERICAN POLICE ASSOCIATION🚔

The IAPA is actively seeking new members. We are a group of Civic Minded current and former law enforcement officers of Italian Descent. Our interests are Charitable and Fraternal in nature.

Any law enforcement officer is eligible. We meet monthly at different local restaurants and catering facilities for dinner and conversation. The business portion of the meeting is relatively short saving time for conversation and friendship. Our membership is open to all Federal, State, Corrections, Probation, Parole, Court, and County Officers of Italian Descent. We also offer a associate membership to Civic Minded individuals sponsored by one of our members.

Its August 13, 2016 and I have again, for the 3rd time in a year changed my work location within West Herr Auto Group. I am now working at the Toyota Store in Orchard Park as a Sales and Leasing Consultant.
