Today isn’t just about tacos and margaritas (though we love those too!) - it’s a chance to recognize and celebrate Mexican culture, history, and resilience. 🌮🍹

Did you know? Cinco de Mayo is not Mexico’s Independence Day (that’s September 16). It actually commemorates the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, when a small, outnumbered Mexican army defeated the powerful French forces. While it’s actually minor holiday in Mexico, it's become a big celebration of Mexican culture and heritage, especially in the U.S.
