Busy moms: if eating healthy feels impossible right now, it’s probably not a motivation problem 🤷🏼‍♀️ you just need protein to be easier 👏

Let’s be real.. most of us are:
✔️ reheating our drinks 4 times
✔️ eating toddler leftovers
✔️ grabbing bites of brownies until the whole pan is gone

Keeping easy high-protein snacks on hand has helped me:

Turns out you actually don’t need 15 matching meal prep containers to hit your protein goals 🤷🏼‍♀️

My 5 Week Summer Challenge is all about making progress sustainable and realistic for YOU. It’s not a grind for 5 weeks that ends with you immediately reverting back to old habits!

I regularly eat meals like this whether I’m tracking or not because they’re so easy to prep, quick to log, and require minimal decision fatigue.

Yes— making things from scratch can be less expensive and if you want to, you could prep enough of all of these for the week!

I also stand by the fact that if you’re going to save money somewhere in your life, your health is not where you should pull money from. Longevity is worth the investment, and if that means buying some prepared options, I say it’s worth it!
