Disney is bringing the magic to the Middle East with a brand-new park and resort on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi! This marks Disney’s first new theme park in over a decade and its first in the region. The project is a collaboration with Miral Group, with Walt Disney Imagineering leading the design and development! The park promises to blend Disney’s iconic storytelling with the rich culture of the UAE, offering a unique experience for visitors. Who’s ready to add this park to their Disney Parks bucket list? 😎

Took myself on a solo date to Jiko, a restaurant located inside the Animal Kingdom Resort.
Y’all… do NOT sleep on this place. This is now one of my top 3 favorite restaurants of all time!! African inspired dishes, paired with that Disney hospitality that is just unmatched.

The bread was warm and soft (gluten free) and came with butter, made with the Baobab tree and topped with black salt.

The wine I had was absolutely one of my top favorite wines so far. It was a Chardonnay from South Cape Africa. 

For my appetizer, I had the diver scallop with pork belly on a bed of corn purée.

For my entrée, I had a bone marrow encrusted filet mignon with local fresh vegetables and a side of mashed potatoes.

Everything was absolutely incredible . It’s almost hard to find words it was that delicious. When you guys are in Disney, or even just in Orlando, please make sure you check out this place. You will not be sorry!!
