She did not follow a list.
She followed her spirit.
The morning ritual: terrace, slow cup, no agenda.
The midday one: cabana, a read that is genuinely working on her, garlic crab fries from Frenchy’s and a virgin piña colada, eaten at the edge of the ocean like she has nowhere else to be. Because she doesn’t.
The evening? We called ahead.
Asked what time sunset falls.
Timed her reservation around it.
Because at Ocean’s Eleven rooftop, the whole restaurant pauses when the sun goes down. Strangers raise their glasses together. The sky does something over the water that makes conversation stop. Complimentary champagne toast. Filet mignon with risotto.
And yes, try everything on the dessert menu.
This is not the night for restraint.
