Here in Orlando it’s also very common to see bars, restaurants, and even theme parks getting into the spirit, all decorated in green, with shamrocks and a lot of festive energy.
For those visiting the city during this time, it’s a fun opportunity to experience a piece of the local culture and see how Americans love turning any occasion into a celebration.
If you’re around today, don’t be surprised to see everyone wearing green. Tradition says that if you’re not wearing green, you might even get a playful “pinch.”
