Gather round goblins, gargoyles, ghosts and all! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is making its return to Magic Kingdom® Park! Bring on the bats and join for a ghoulishly good time, 7 p.m.–midnight on select nights August 9 – October 31, 2024. Come on...Let’s Boo This.

Keep your eyes open for the Headless Horseman, grim-grinning ghosts, and Mickey and friends in Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Halloween Parade. Watch the spellbinding Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular castle show, where the Sanderson Sisters take “stage fright” to another level. Turn your eyes to an eerie-lit castle to see the skies above come alive with a magical fireworks extravaganza and a spectacle that definitely goes bump in the night. Step into enchanting new photo ops. Plus, see even more favorite Characters and find plenty of sweet treats for ghosts and ghouls of all ages––including allergy-friendly options.

Here’s a quick story about our most recent experience at Sea Base located inside of EPCOT! 🐟🐠🐡

While Theia and Derrick were exploring this fin-tastic aquarium, completing their super fun Scavenger hunt (for what feels like the millionth time 😅), Elliott and I just enjoyed seeing the animals, in particular, the dolphins. Elliott, who never stays still for more that 15 seconds, watched these dolphins for ages. So much so, that it caught the eye of a cast member who works with them!

The cast member came over to the panel where Elliott and I were, gave Elliott a smile and a nod, and called the dolphin over. She then proceeded to put on a small show that Elliott was now unknowingly a part of. He LOVED it. especially when the dolphin stuck its tongue out at Elliott.

Elliott has brought up the funny dolphin every day since. It truly was a Magical Moment!

There are so many ways for you to meet characters while exploring Walt Disney World parks and restaurants, but did you know they also visit Disney Resort Hotels?!

I did know this, but never had experienced it myself until just a few days ago! We were lucky enough to meet Goofy, Donald Duck and Pluto in the lobby of POP Century after the Disney ‘Caravanning Round The World’ RV dropped off the characters to meet with guests.

It was such a fun experience that could be a part of your next Walt Disney World Trip too! Just check the schedule or ask your resort cast member when some favorite characters will visit your Disney Resort Hotel!

A couple days ago while we were at Epcot we got the chance to finally experience the newest attraction at Epcot, Journey of Water!

This trail allows you to interact with water as you had not before while learning about the water cycle.

It truly is fun for all ages as this trail is completely self-paced and it allows you the option to take a ”wet” or “dry” path.

Today is a BIG day for Walt Disney World guests. After the COVID-19 Pandemic Disney had made a lot of changes to the parks and over time some of the things that we know and love have started to make their way back. Well, today some MAJOR fan-favorites are back, so let’s talk about them!

The Return of the Disney Dining Plan:
This incredibly popular option is once again available to Walt Disney World guests for those of you who are interested in pre-paying for your meals. The plan has two tiers: the Quick Service and regular Disney Dining Plan. The Quick Service Dining Plan includes two quick-service meals per day, one snack (or non-alchoholic beverage) plus a refillable resort mug. The Disney Dining Plan includes one quick-service meal per day, one table service meal per day, one snack (or non-alchoholic beverage) plus a refillable resort mug.

All-Day Park Hopping Returns:
No longer will we have to wait until 2PM to start hopping! Once again, guests who purchase a Disney Park Hopper ticket will be able to go to any park they like, whenever they like!

The END of Park Pass Reservations (For Date-Based Tickets)
Finally, the park pass reservation system has come to an end, for MOST of us (Sorry, Annual Passholders). We will no longer have to make a park reservation in advance of your trip for the parks you wanted to visit.
