DVC inventory on the resale market grew nearly 46% in August. Prices continue to rise anyway. 📈

The blended average DVC resale price climbed from $124 to $128 per point last month — a 3.2% jump, one of the more notable market moves we've seen since late last year.

A few resorts stood out:
🏔️ Boulder Ridge: $98 to $119 per point
🎪 BoardWalk: $123 to $131 per point
🗝️ Old Key West: standard (2042) and extended (2057) contracts both averaged $101/pt this month — a rare convergence, since extended contracts typically carry a premium!

Active listings jumped from 129 to 188 over the course of the month, but that didn't mean it was easy everywhere. Polynesian and Boulder Ridge in particular continue to see low inventory available.

The question now: does this pricing momentum carry into the holiday selling season, or does incoming dues-season inventory start to ease it back down?
