Yes, it’s one property, but the atmosphere can feel completely different depending on where you stay.

🏖️ Want waterslides, family-friendly activities, and a lively atmosphere? The main Royalton is a great fit.

🍹 Looking for a quieter adults-only getaway with exclusive pools and a more relaxed vibe? Hideaway is likely the better choice.

One thing really stood out during my visit: walking the property completely changed my perspective on who this resort is perfect for… and who would be happier somewhere else.

The best vacation isn’t always the cheapest one, it’s the one that matches the experience you’re hoping to have.

⚠️Fair warning: this is a long one. But this experience changed me, and I wanted to share why:

Last week, I had the incredible honor of attending the Kindness Connection hosted by ALG Vacations.

I expected to learn about travel. I expected to network with other amazing advisors. I expected to tour the beautiful Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun.

What I didn’t expect was to leave feeling genuinely changed.

Over the course of just a few days, I was reminded that kindness isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we choose every single day. Through meaningful conversations, inspiring speakers, acts of service and connecting with travel professionals who truly care about making a difference, I left with a renewed sense of purpose.

This event reminded me why I love this industry. Yes, we help people plan vacations. We also help create memories, celebrate milestones, reconnect families, and give people experiences they’ll carry with them forever.

Thank you to ALG Vacations for creating something so much bigger than a conference. I’m grateful for the opportunity, inspired by the people I met, and excited to carry this kindness momentum forward in my business and in my everyday life.

I’m honored to be part of this incredible event, where travel professionals come together to learn, collaborate, and inspire one another.
