Why Walt Disney World Resort? There is a special magic and attention to detail that sets them apart from any other vacation. When you walk around the parks, notice the signs on the walls around Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure area- They’re in French! Or how the smells change in each resort to give you a full and different experience. The immersion is in the details

One of my favorite magical touches is when you’ve spent a long day at the parks and Mousekeeping surprises you and your family with a something unexpected like a towel flower and postcard from Mickey Mouse himself! They’re also known to utilize whatever accessories they see around (ears, stuffed animals, etc) to create even more magic and fun.

When in Walt Disney World, the key word is flexibility. Your plans are set and carefully marked on the hour and then the unplanned happens- rides go down, the weather changes, you talk to someone and they mention something great that you didn’t know about and now want to try, etc. Sometimes the “pivot” becomes the most exciting part.

🌐We opened at EPCOT at 8:30a (staying onsite gives you early entry!), and rode Remy’s, Guardians (twice!), and Soarin’. There were multiple snacks, but the Dole Whip was eaten so fast there was no picture, and we sampled the exclusive Flower and Garden Kitchens around World Showcase before lunch at Lotus Blossom in the China Pavilion.

🫶 Then a quick uber to Disney Springs to make friendship bracelets (whaaaaat?! MUCH more on that later), ate one of my favorite ice cream treats, and shopping.

🌺Disney’s bus transportation brought us to the Polynesian resort where we had a fantastic dinner at the Wailulu Bar and Grill overlooking the beach and Cinderella Castle at the brand new Island Tower section of the resort.

🏰 Oh man, it’s raining. Perfect time to monorail into Magic Kingdom for Happily Ever After fireworks and ride Tron! We shopped through the Emporium up Main Street USA on the way out and caught our Port Orleans French Quarter bus and walked right on.

✅All of these reservations were secured 7 days before (yay to using a Travel Advisor, we love booking these for you!), but the cast members at the Guest Experience blue umbrellas are available to help modify around the “unexpected” to help make your experience the most magical.

This beautiful and quaint moderate resort has various room categories, but the standard view double queen is shown here and comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults. It comes equipped with a shower stall and beverage cooler, with plenty of storage around the room. The subtle hints of Princess Tiana, Prince Naveen, and all of their friends are displayed in gorgeous art upon entry and next to the bed.
