Staycation at Disney - but make it Club Level.
We spent the weekend staying at a new to us resort, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and treated ourselves to club level to try out all the perks.
We’ve done a club stay at Disneyland so we were curious how it rivaled in comparison, and especially since this time we were here to fully enjoy the resort.
🦒First of all, club level rooms start at Savanna View, so for a portion more you can upgrade to receive these added perks.
🚙 We were greeted on arrival at the drive and walked us up to the club to enjoy while we waited for our room.
🧳 The club concierge took our overnight bags and offered they be delivered.
🍫We were given a box of chocolates from The Ganachery to enjoy during our stay.
🛏️ Once we gained access to our room, we had incredible views of the animals roaming.
🍽️ Club access is available from 7a-10p with set meal times and a chance for turnover. To go is also an option and you have access from check in day until check out day (up until you need to head home).
🥂 On top of that, you also have unlimited drinks including bottled water, soda, b**r & w**e.
🍦The selection of treats was generous, including the ability to eat your weight in Mickey bars!
🫶🏼 The care and dedication of the club team was amazing, as they always made you feel welcome.
On top of that, the resort itself feels like you’re whisked away to another world. With its secluded nature and lack of ambient noise, it really adds to the theming.
💦 We took advantage of Disney’s resort collection limited time perk - water park access on day of check in.
🦓 Plenty of animal outlooks between both areas, Jambo House and Kidani Village.
🗣️ Cast members around the resort to make your stay immersive, including interactive activities, tours, and information stations.
🏊♂️ Two resort pools with slides, hot tubs, and play areas.
🍴Incredible onsite restaurants, including Boma and Sanaa.
