Our Story

Del Mar Vacations was founded by Wellfleet native, Luke Chapman, and his washashore wife, Christina Chapman. Luke has been steeped in the Cape Cod Vacation Rental and hospitality business since he was a teenager, starting off cleaning homes, working in the kitchen at PJs Family Restaurant, and eventually purchasing, slowly renovating and renting his own small cottage in Wellfleet. Helping homeowners and guests enjoy their very own piece of Cape Cod is the Chapmans’ passion, and they feel truly fortunate to live, work, and raise their two young children in the beautiful community that they serve.
