Summer is fast approaching. Just a reminder on day use so all can enjoy their vacation.
Day Use Rules and Regulations
Owners please call 386-672-4611 to verify availability with the front desk in advance.
• All Day Use owner’s membership will be verified to be in good standing.
• A valid photo ID, completion of a registration card (signature on the registration card for security), and signed Day Use policy is required. Once complete, the owner will be allowed access.
• No more than a total of 6 guests will be allowed per visit per day. Day use is intended for the owner and his/her immediate family only.
• Any kind of special event, birthday party or celebration will not be authorized without prior management approval.
• A maximum of 1 pool towel per person will be given. Prior to departure, owners are required to return their pool towels to the front desk.
• BBQ Grills are available on a first come first serve basis. BBQ Grills use will be restricted to a 2-hour maximum so that other owners have the right to use it.
• Day Use Pass may be confiscated at any time if rules and regulations are not followed.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries to our guests, or the loss or damage of personal property.
• Blackout dates may apply (days on which the Resort is not available for Day Use due to occupancy):
o All Holidays, which include Presidents’ weekend, Spring Break (March-April), Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving holiday, Christmas holiday (Dec. 20th- Jan. 6th).
o Additional blackout dates may apply due to occupancy (see manager).

During your stay be sure to visit our Activities Room during your stay at Tropic Sun Towers to experience a variety of fun activities. We offer jewelry making, diamond art, sand art, picture frames, wine glass painting, coffee mug painting, handmade cards and the best ice cream sundaes and root beer floats in town. All activities are priced at $5.00.

Tropic Sun Tower has just finished the Wi-Fi system upgrade. The resort has gone from 24 Access points to 56 Access points 1 Ap her 2 guest’s rooms. All new Aps have Wi-Fi6 (newest Wi-Fi program). All switches have been replaced with 1 GB switches. What does this mean for us who don’t really understand all that fun verbiage is that you will have much better coverage and a lot faster. More guests can be on the Wi-Fi system. For you that stream movies, you should be able to do that much better now. We are also looking at upgrading the TVs to go with all this.
