To make it crystal clear:

🚫 REAL ID (with the star):
• ✅ Good for domestic flights and entering federal buildings
• ❌ NOT valid by itself for international cruises, even if leaving and returning to the same U.S. port

🛂 To cruise outside the U.S., you MUST have:
• A valid U.S. passport
OR
• An original/certified U.S. birth certificate AND a government-issued photo ID (REAL ID or not)

Too many people show up at the terminal thinking that fancy new license is all they need — and they end up being turned away. Thank you for spreading the word and helping future cruisers avoid a vacation disaster!

It’s getting scary when you “call” the cruise lines anymore. I hear more and more about how people are getting the wrong phone numbers to the cruise lines and when they call the number they think is the cruise line, they are getting scammed out of “more money” that the people on the other end of the line want them to pay now or get their cruises canceled…

Don’t be scammed. If you don’t have or know the cruise lines direct phone number, maybe using a travel agent would be your best bet!! Do you know that we don’t charge any more for your cruise than the cruise line does??

And usually, at least with me, you will get extra onboard credit (more money to spend than what the cruise line is even offering!!)

Please think of me (and support a small [like really really small] business!!) the next time you’re thinking about booking a cruise.
