Our major updates include:
🏠 New High-Quality LVP Flooring:
Our entire house now features sleek, light, beachy luxury vinyl plank flooring, enhancing the tropical theme and providing a modern feel in every room. Say goodbye to carpet concerns like stains and allergies!

🏠 Living Room Transformation:
We've removed the bulky built-in entertainment center to create a more open floor plan. Now, the living room features a large 75" QLED TV and wood plank accents on the wall, continuing the beachy theme. The wood plank wall treatment also adds charm and protection beneath the chair rail in the dining room area.

🏠 Freshly Painted and Deep Cleaned:
Almost all major walls and baseboards have been cleaned, repaired, and freshly painted. Before painting, we conducted an overall deep clean, including air ducts and vents. Plus, we've added new themed décor, valences, and a stylish backsplash to the kitchen.

🏠 Star Wars Bedroom Update:
Check out our cool, unique Star Wars-themed beds, complete with brand new high-end Perfect Sleeper Euro Top twin mattresses.

We had a great day at the best tropical beach in Orlando 😃. If you haven’t been there, it’s worth it! Limited to 1300 people per day so get your ticket packages ahead of time.
