Princess Senses Mangrove Adults-Only All Inclusive Stay
Cleanliness: 11/10 (Excellent)
Everything at the resort was perfectly clean. From the hallways leading to the rooms, the public restrooms at every corner, elevators, stairwells, every single common area and piece of furniture, and every square inch of our room itself; no smudges on the windows or mirrors, beds perfectly made no stains to be found, toilet/shower/bathtub were absolutely spotless, to even the deepest nooks and crannies no dust or hair to be found.
The level of cleanliness here is unmatched and therefore deserves an 11/10.
Staff: 10/10 (with one exception)
Every staff member we interacted with (with the exception of a pair that will not be discussed publicly) was absolutely wonderful. The staff was informative, kind, fun,personable, and very welcoming. From asking about our travels to making personal recommendations for food/excursions/cultural experiences we felt that we reallyconnected with the staff here and that made the stay even more enjoyable. Staff did a great job hosting events, housekeeping was gracious enough to come at later hours to clean after we removed the DND sign, and we felt very well taken care of by our Amstar representative.
Amenities/Activities: 9/10
There are plenty of themed restaurants included in our package, several bars, plenty of space at both the beach and the pool areas, many different common areas for lounging, a fitness center (we did not go to but heard great things), some shops on site, a spa (not included in our package), and activities to attend throughout the day such as yoga, volleyball games, trivia in the pool, rum tastings, etc. Unfortunately the calendar on the app did not seem to always have accurate postings so it was difficult to plan these activities in advance. However, asking the staff in person was very helpful and a better way to know what to plan for the day.
Meeting Expectations: 10/10
Overall, we had the best time during our stay. Expectations were exceeded and I cannot recommend this place enough. You will never get tired of the gorgeous views, the kind people of Jamaica, and the atmosphere the resort and country has. We hope to come back soon to stay longer and we will continue to tell people about Princess Senses
