These are two pictures from Puerto Rico in January. You can still see the damage from last autumn's hurricane. San Juan is open for tourism, but it's a definite catch-22--there is still work to do to bring the country back to its pre-hurricane way of life, but they need the tourism dollars to help this healing process.
