A major component of this is to build hempcrete, dome dwellings that maximize the intrinsic benefits of the shape and implements cutting edge technology for heat, electricity, water supply and waste water management. Over the years we have expanded on our dream with acquisition of 2 Oceanfront Wilderness lots on the West Side of the harbor with frontage on Haley Lake Bird Sanctuary and Big Timber Brook. Our thoughts and ideas ebb and flow with the Tide on how to sustainably utilize these resources.

Love this! I've been saying for a while that there's no real reason why we don't have efficient/clean running vehicles of all sizes....one way this can be done without lots of sun is to charge your batteries with a small diesel engine..
