Capt. Dave Wilson's Fishing Charters, LLC Charters are available to start charters April 15th by appointment only Captain Dave Wilson has been fishing Lake Ontario for the past 22 years.

He is a United States Coast Guard licensed master # 10975020 and while on the lake fishes for King Salmon, Coho Salmon, Brown Trout, Rainbow and Steelhead fish. His charters start April 15th and go to October 1st. Captain Dave supplies all the fishing equipment needed to catch the fish and there is cleaning available at the dock for your convenience. Captain Dave operates a 28ft Baha Cruiser with

fully enclosed bathrooms and all the modern technology to make your trip unforgettable. We do recommend you bring a few things with you to make your trip more enjoyable. We recommend soft soled shoes, camera, snacks and beverages of choice, cooler for your catch, motion sickness pills, and a NYS fishing license is mandatory. Jim C**n and his boys Jake and Jimmy fished Oneida for the first time this morning. They experienced a good blade bite in 8 to 15 foot of water. Silver blades were the ticket. 13 Walleyes and 34 Perch. First time this season the shallows have paid off.

Today the Buzzer Be**er went for its winter rest. I would like to thank everyone that fished Lake Ontario with us this season and all who have already booked for next season. I will be starting Oneida Lake Walleye trips soon. There are a few openings if you’re interested. If you’re looking for a river trip call Stephen, he’s one of the best.

We’ve been fishing offshore more this season then most. The winds have finally been in our favor. It’s put them right in the front door, down the east shoreline. We have only a couple openings left or you’ll have to wait until 2026.
