Gust Brothers Pumpkin Farm

Gust Brothers Pumpkin Farm Open Labor Day to Halloween. We are a real farm that offers fun & more! Journey into the barns to visit our many farm animals on display; young and old.

Here at Gust Brothers, we aim to provide our customers with a fun farm experience and to satisfy all of their fall decorating needs. Customers have the opportunity to pick their own pumpkins and produce or to take pre-picked produce from the many bins and rows in the yard. Besides providing customers with their fall decorating needs, there are many things to do and sights to see at Gust Brothers.

Take a hay ride and then stop into the snack barn for some refreshing cider and a donut. But most importantly, enjoy a wholesome, fun, farm experience with your family. School tours are available by appointment. Free Parking, no admission.

Photographers get your cameras ready and book your sessions at Gust Flower and Produce Farm!!

Our sunflower trail’s first block of single heads is in full bloom and the big mixed block of sunflowers is close behind. These pictures were taken two nights ago under a beautiful sunset! There are tons of excellent photo opportunities to be had at our farm in the coming weeks—perfect for senior pictures, engagement sessions, family pictures, or whatever the occasion. All just in time for this welcome cool down in the weather.

Admission to our sunflower trail is $5 per person. This is a field entry fee and must be paid upon arrival. Simply check-in at our sales barn prior to entering the field. Paying the 5$ fee allows access to any area on our farm; the sunflower trail, cutting field (jars purchased separately) verbena and zinnia fields. No field entry is permitted without paying the $5 fee.

New this year in our sunflower trail, we are offering a scavenger hunt for the little ones! At check-in, ask for a scavenger hunt card. Find each prop on the card inside the sunflower trail and use the designated punch at each location to mark off that you found each prop. Show our associates at check-out and each kid gets a flavor ice out of our snack barn. It’s not much, but hopefully adds a little element of fun and purpose to the trail for the kids 😊

Our cutting flower area looks great and has thousands of blooms on over 3 acres of cut flowers. Come cut from the largest and most diverse cut flower patch around! The cost is just $11 per jar. We provide the jar, scissors, and water.

And remember, we always have a nice selection of fresh picked produce in the market daily! Peaches, cantaloupe, the sweetest corn, tomatoes, and much more. Watermelons are coming soon!

Summer doesn’t have much time left and our last day open for the season is August 31st, so we hope to see you soon!

~Open daily, 10am to dusk

~We have a no pet policy

Sweet corn is in at Gust Flower and Produce Farm! We’ve got a few real great tasting bi-color varieties that we’ll hopefully have continuously from now until first freeze. We pick fresh every day. $0.50 per ear or $5.00 per dozen. We should have enough for canning/freezing corn within a couple weeks. Let us know if you’d like to get on our list.

In addition, we’ve got a lot of other great produce in the market as well today. Peaches, peppers, melons, and tomatoes hopefully within a week. Come see us from 10am to 8 pm!

~The cutting flowers are tremendous right now. There are lots of high quality blooms in a variety of colors and textures in our 3+ acre cutting area. If you love snapdragons, now is the time to make your own bouquets! The cost is $11 per jar. Water, scissors, and jar are provided.

~The play area is improved this year. This area includes our tractor swingset, sandpit tractor tires, a straw fort for little ones to crawl through, a basketball shooting hopper wagon, and our friendly goats that you can feed by purchasing feed cups.

~The sunflower trail is looking great and has most props in place. Its not quite at peak bloom just yet. There will be a ton more blooms in 5 days to a week. The cost is $5 per person admission and it is great for photographers, senior pics, families with little ones, and anyone else who wants to get lost in flowers with some photo ops along the way. We should have a steady dose of sunflowers from now until Labor Day! New this year, we’ll offer kids a scavenger hunt opportunity in the trail with a reward available!

~Vegetables are just starting to produce and you can find them for sale in our produce barn. Right now we have zukes, cukes, potatoes, onions, and green beans. Sweet corn should be ready tomorrow or Wednesday. Peaches, melons, peppers, and tomatoes hopefully within a week.

~Our country market has moved! We’ve moved our market to the east and it offers Amish goods, drinks, refreshments, ice cream and popsicles, snacks, and candy for sale. You can also purchase feed cups here.

~This year, we planted day neutral strawberries. The plants look healthy and we’re hoping for a nice berry crop to offer pre-picked and you-pick strawberries. Stay tuned!
