It’s National Travel & Tourism Week — a celebration of the experiences, memories, local businesses, and people that make travel so meaningful. 🌍✈️ From weekend road trips to bucket-list adventures, travel has a way of bringing people together, supporting communities, and creating stories we talk about for years.

This summer, our extended family has an epic trip planned sailing through the Croatian islands on a private catamaran with a private chef. 🇭🇷⛵️ I already know the scenery, sunsets, and food are going to be unforgettable. I’m also trying something different on this Europe trip - maintaining a relaxed itinerary because I’m accustomed to planning every detail so we don’t miss a thing. 😅

What are everyone’s summer travel plans this year? Big adventure, beach week, cruise, road trip, national parks, overseas travel, or staying close to home? ☀️

What a day! ☕ 🌴

This morning started with coffee & educational time with my Club Med representative that was followed by an afternoon of meetings with Caribbean tourism boards & hotel partners.

• How does an all-inclusive ski-in/ski-out escape in Quebec or the Alps sound? I know exactly who to call.
• Considering a private charter in the British Virgin Islands? I know who to trust.
• Looking for a secluded boutique stay in St. Lucia or an intimate adult only retreat in Barbados? I know where to send you.
• Want an stress-free first-class arrival or departure in Aruba? I know who to contact.

Relationships matter, and today was a blend of strengthening my partnerships & gaining insight into the latest travel updates that can only enhance your travel experiences.

I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana & Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana in Dominican Republic. I was so excited to finally experience this property firsthand after receiving so many excellent client reviews. It absolutely did not disappoint.
From the beautifully maintained grounds to the standout amenities, these resorts truly deliver. Special props to the fitness center—well-equipped and motivating—and the sports bar, which was the perfect spot to unwind and catch a game or shoot some pool with our new friends. An excellent option for clients seeking a refined resort experience that balances relaxation and energy beautifully.

After surviving an evening of 10 mind-ripping Halloween Horror Nights houses at Universal Studios, we switched from screams to smiles at the new Epic Universe! Each Epic world felt like stepping into an entirely new adventure. My absolute favorite attraction was Stardust Racers, an intense cosmic race sure to please all coaster enthusiasts (& I love the nod to Back to the Future with the flux capacitor on the trains).

What’s your preference 🤔?:
Option 1: small, historical, luxury hotel with an inside courtyard, a rooftop bar with city views located in the heart of a lively, Greek historic island town.
OR
Option 2: small, new, more modern, quiet, less expensive, gorgeous seaview, hotel with a pool & beach located outside of a lively, historic Greek island town (requires a taxi to town)?
Both options with excellent hospitality!
If you are going to Chania, Crete or Skiathos (boat tours to Mamma Mia chapel), talk to me about these hotel options I experienced!

Crete is one of those islands that satisfies many interests - the historic buff, beach lover, shopaholic, museum goer, foodie, adventurer, sommelier (olive oil & wine)…I loved it! I just hope it doesn’t become too overrun with tourists like some of the other Greek islands. 🏝️

On May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights!

REAL ID is coming… and so is your existential crisis if you’ve ever done this at an airport. 😆

Alright folks, let’s get uncomfortably real for a second. You know that flimsy driver’s license you’ve been carrying around like it’s your VIP access to adulthood? Yeah, we’d love it if you upgraded that to a REAL ID… one of those licenses with a star in the corner… sometime between now and May 7th.

So, how do you get one? Just grab proof that you exist (birth certificate, passport, or a note from your mom… kidding, but seriously, a passport will work), proof of your SSN, and two proofs of residency, and bring that with you to get your REAL ID from your local DMV.

Easy, right? So go ahead, upgrade to REAL ID, and avoid awkward moments like this the next time you travel.
