Okay - so if I don't do this post correctly, I'll never get it explained bc I have a sinus headache that hates me and I hate it. :/ My friend, Sarah Lager posted this back on September 24th and I commented on it. Here is her post and also my comment:

When you and your family get sick, you pray.
When our relationships and marriages need mending, you pray.
But something negative doesn’t need to be happening… See more....
But something negative doesn’t need to be happening to ask God to make a way.
Starting a business can and should be on the list of things you talk to God about.
Ask Him to show you His plan for your business idea.
Maybe you only get a piece of it at first, but hold on to that piece and keep seeking Him. Let Him reveal the entire picture in His time, but definitely ask to see what He has in store for you and ask what you can do to get there!

I have prayed for the Lord to bless me and my business....bless me indeed - just like Jabez. And the last week has really been proof that you have to be careful what you pray for.

Hey Lynn! You had commented on my post the other day that you prayed and God answered! I've been tossing this idea around in my mind about interviewing different business owners and making a newsletter to send out that gets people excited about entreprenuership. Would you be willing to allow me to interview you for it?

And then I got nervous!!! I can count on one hand the times I have nervous!!! This was definitely one of them. It gave me a sick feeling and I almost chickened out. And I thought about what I would say to Sarah, what would come out of this mouth??!! And so I ended up writing a back story so she would have something to refer to just in case I stated something stupid!! Then I learn she is a photographer and I was in need of one for the Ultimate Girl Party for the Mr & Mrs. Santa Claus photo sessions. This is where it gets real good.....she stated she wanted to photograph me. This is where I started freaking bc if there is anything I hate, is having my pix taken. Just because they never turn out even 1/2 decent.....I don't have an ounce of photogenic blood in me and every pix I ever was in, I pretty much looked like a big stuffed toad frog. (Yes, I did!!!) And I had no idea of what I wanted to wear....I finally come up with an outfit that respected the season and wasn't like something that I bought 25 years ago at a cheap Hollywood thrift store. Anyway, Sarah Lager as it turns out, made me feel totally at east during the interview. And I am sure there are some of the pix where I look like a deer in the headlights......these 3 is what I have been able to view thus far. As for the interview, I really don't know what she'll compose out of that bc I do remember asking her, at one point, if I was talking too much. (that has been known to happen) but she looked up very quickly and laughed and stopped her frantic writing for about 10 seconds and said, "No!!". Anyway, Wednesday afternoon was a beautiful day.....I was nervous bc I am used to talking about places. I'm used to talking up new hotels and this time it was a totally different topic.....Me!! I enjoyed every second of it and as the interview ended, I was so happy to see a client walking towards me. Actually, she started out as a client and has become one of my sweetest friends and travel buddies. I think the highlight of the afternoon was, yes, doing the interview with Sarah, but recalling so many wonderful memories of South Maysville and the visits to Oldham's, Newberry's, Belk's and Hobbs. Those stores, that entire area plays a big part of my childhood. And then my time working at Carrington Travel for many years......I have to admit, I got a little sentimental......This beautiful little town and it's people have such a special place in my heart. Thank you, Sarah Lager - I appreciate you letting me walk down Memory Lane.
