Fenner Lake Lodge Fenner Lake Lodge is a gathering place for family, friends and those in need of quiet healing time. Hosted by Gary and Julie Schmidt We do have a no pet policy.

We don’t advertise or do AirB&B or VRBO. We are word of mouth and just look for a family that will be a good fit. The lodge is on a small quite no motor 50 acre lake. We are an hour from Madison, 25 minutes from WI Dells but you feel like you are in the North woods. We just finished building fall 2021. This is a very quite lake with only 10 properties, 75% of the shoreline is undeveloped and natur

al woods. We have swimming, canoes , kayaks , paddle board and fishing all available for you. Three bedrooms with queen beds and loft with four single beds (sleeps 10). Two full baths and two large living areas. 250’ of easy access lake frontage. The local roads are open to UTV travel. We are on the Adams / Marquette Cnty line so you can check out their routes and trails online. PM if interested in more details.

Thanks to family Alex, Becca, Gretchen, Liz, Ashley and Lennyn we were able to get a lot more outside work done. Finished raking around the treehouse, washed the walls in the game room and pulled weeds in the sand by the beach. This week Gary and I will work on raking the sand in the water of the swimming area. I think we will have everything ready!

We just finished up! The exercise room above the game room is now done. This was Gary’s project this year, but I did score a “sewing / craft room” just for me ☺️. Here are a few pictures of the space including pictures of the view which is awesome. This space is available to adults but children must be accompanied by an adult. Can’t wait for guests to utilize this area. Gary and I plan on taking advantage of the exercise equipment too ☺️

We have been busy with spring cleaning in the lodge and outside. We work very hard trying to make things extra clean and exceptional for our guests. Curtains down, washed, ironed and rehung. Cabin walls washed on all 3 levels which wasn't easy🥴 🍷🍺. Still working on outside raking and landscape work but it is coming along. We could a few warmer days and no wind 🍃🌬️. The exercise room is almost done just adding some furniture and decor. I'll post pictures soon.

I just finished cleaning the treehouse! Everything is washed and fresh. Ready to go for the summer.

I bet we are the only vacation rental that turns down bookings just so we can make things as perfect as possible for our guests.
