I have some news…as of August 2025, Pepper Treetops will be turning into a long term rental with permanent tenants and will no longer be able to host you during your stays to Oxford. We are fully bookeded until then.

I am so grateful to all my loyal guests that have made this experience a wonderful one and have made me a SuperHost with a 5star rating.

Going forward, I will update the page with useful info and trusted recommendations for great places to stay in Oxford, but most importantly, with excellent hosts that will not cancel your booking and will give you good rates…they are sometimes hard to find.
