For our newer friends, here is our full gallery of pictures of our condo. We are now officially a long term rental starting 8/1/26. Beginning October 1, 2026, We will begin taking applications for female tenants for the 2027-2028 school year.
3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, highly sought after South Grove detached condo. Fully furnished even including fully stocked kitchen (ie, plates, silverware, mixing bowls, etc). Upscale washer & dryer and kitchenaid Dishwasher. DM with interest.

Need a place for Graduation?? We just received a cancellation for our condo and so Ajax the Dog’s Condo is now officially open to be rented. Our detached condo is in South Grove off of South Lamar.
2 bedroom/2.5 bath. Kitchen, laundry, powder room. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have their own en-suite bathroom with full walk in closets. Hair-dryers, ironing board, iron, etc are all there for you to use.
3 night minimum/$1,100 per night. Click on the link to learn more about the condo and the owners. Please read all of the positive reviews.

I know some have inquired about their kids coming to stay at Ajax the Dog’s condo, but we’re still without power. I keep checking every few hours. Once it comes back on I’ll reach out to those who I know and that inquired in order, in order to be fair to all. We’d love to help and will post updates here.
