Chapter 30, a brand-new creative space, gives local artists, makers, and visionaries the room they need to grow, focus, and pursue art. Through studios, exhibitions, and art programming, Chapter 30 is helping turn creativity into opportunity. This creative space strengthens Oxnard’s creative ecosystem and shows what it looks like when culture is supported and artists are empowered.

Recognized for its deep artistic roots, diverse heritage, and growing creative community. hosts two of Oxnard’s biggest cultural events, and , Pipiripau’s story is the story of Oxnard: art built desde abajo (from ground up), culture carried with orgullo (pride), and creativity that brings people together.
