We are so close to completing our projects!

Complete:
1. Fireplace painted
2. Kitchen cabinets painted
3. Hot tub cover and lift replaced

To be completed in the next few weeks:
1. 7 windows replaced
2. Bed pillows replaced
3. Installation of new sofa bed in the media room

To those who have stayed at Let It Be since the couch went kaput last summer: we apologize for the inconvenience. We saw it. Clearly, someone jumped on it and broke it. To future guests: please don't jump on the new couch. Thanks much, and enjoy your stay!

We're listed as a Holiday Home on the Seabrook booking site again this year. We LOVE decorating for guests, and we still have an opening for your holiday vacay on and around Christmas. We also have some projects starting in early December: painting the kitchen cabinets and the fireplace, replacing some windows, and replacing the sofa bed in the media room landing (after we pick a fabric). Have you noticed anything else we should fix or update?

Are you still considering coming out to Seabrook in December? We have open dates through 12/26. Enjoy Seabrook's Jolly Days and Let It Be's proximity to the town tree. We'll be adding holiday decor inside and out again this year and attempting to see if we have room for a tree in the house. Stay tuned on that one...

Seabrook is celebrating 20 years! This calls for us to tell you how we came to be here. In 2012, we were in desperate need of a getaway. 2011 was hard- we lost a wife, mother, and grandmother to cancer. We decided to plan a trip to check out Seabrook to celebrate a 4 year old's birthday, and this was the best decision we've ever made. These photos symbolize our coming together as a family after a traumatic few years. This is when we started dreaming, joking, and laughing about someday owning a home in Seabrook. We kept coming back, year after year, continuing to dream as the kids got older and older. Eventually, in 2019, we felt ready to take the big step and found what is now . We are so happy to be a part of this town's history. It has been healing in more ways than you can imagine. We aren't attempting to make grandma's teddy bear cakes any longer (see the last photo of our first and last attempt), but she lives on in our hearts and memories. We know if she were with us, she'd be drinking wine with us on the porch.
