Now scientists are verifying what most people experience while on an ocean beach- relaxation, creativity and a feeling of well being. Fall is a perfect time to take a deep breath and re-center. The Land's End calendar has opened up after a busy summer. Great time to grab a few days for yourself or with good friends.
