Welcome to The Goldfinch, located in Seabrook’s Mill District, along the famous Gnome trail to the beach. This traditional beach cottage has a modern feel where you can relax in style with luxury furnishings throughout. Ideally located on a quiet cul-de-sac you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the large covered deck while you gaze out at the protected cedar forest we call our backyard. If yo

u should grow restless you have access to the famous Gnome Trail to the beach right off of the deck. A short walk through the forest and you're hitting the sand in no time! When it's time to grill you can rest easy while the kids play in the fenced back terrace with a cozy conversation area. In the kitchen the driftwood-inspired cabinets are fully stocked with all that you need to serve up a home cooked family meal, with lots of serving dishes for that special occasion or Holiday meal as well. In the large pantry you'll find a selection of spices including our special house bbq blend. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa that makes out into a Queen bed with pillow top mattress for flexible sleeping arrangements. Curl up in the super comfy bent rattan chair to read a book or pull up a large pouf and play a game. The large flatscreen is perfect for watching the big game, your favorite cable program or a movie from the DVD collection. There are music channels and you can also connect your Bluetooth enabled devices to the sound bar to stream your own music. The gas fireplace makes your time spent inside even more pleasurable any time of year. Upstairs in the master bedroom you'll love the large windows that open up to vast woodland views. The stylish furnishings have an organic feel that blend seamlessly with the natural landscape. The deluxe Euro pillow top mattress and plush bedding will make you want to stay in bed all day, snuggle up and watch a DVD on the flatscreen. In the twin room you'll find dark grey iron beds with Euro pillow top mattresses and Pendleton bedding. Comfortable and sophisticated enough for an adult to favor, yet still fun for the kids, especially when they find the big basket of toys tucked discreetly in the large closet. A comfortable chair by the window makes reading bedtime stories that much more enjoyable. When it's time to get outside hop on the beach cruiser to explore town, grab the croquet set and head to Crescent Park, play bocce in South Alder Park, or roast marshmallows in Milk Park, all just a stones throw from the front door. Savor all that Seabrook has to offer from The Goldfinch and you won't be disappointed. Perfect for small family's, romantic getaways, and couples, friends, or girls weekends.

Who else can’t believe it’s July already!? 😳 Summer is in full swing! The new opened today, the new outdoor pool and hot tub opened last week, is bringing the full service market we were all waiting for. Seriously the best summer to be in Seabrook! Candid camera! We got caught celebrating the soft opening of Seabrook’s sparkly new 13,000 sq. foot market yesterday. Congratulations all around, this is a game changer! Next weekend brings the also highly anticipated opening of Sunrise Pool, the new gym complex and outdoor pool and spa. What an exciting summer for Washington’s beach town!
