Pagosa Adventure is hiring Hot Air Balloon Crew Members!

We are looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our hot air balloon crew for the summer and fall season, with some winter work available.

This is a hands-on outdoor position that requires early mornings, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced adventure environment.

Qualifications:
• Must be available early mornings
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Able to lift 75+ pounds
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
• Experience backing trailers is a major plus
• Must work well outdoors in varying weather conditions
• 21+ preferred

Compensation:
• Pay depends on trailer backing experience and overall experience
• Crew tips are split between crew members

This position involves assisting with hot air balloon setup, chase crew operations, breakdown, and guest interaction. Every flight day is different, and we’re looking for reliable people who enjoy adventure, teamwork, and working outdoors.

We may be a little biased, but we absolutely LOVE our Cameron balloon. 💜

She flies beautifully, climbs like a dream, handles mountain conditions incredibly well, and gives our passengers the smooth, peaceful ride that makes ballooning so magical. From couples celebrating something special to full family adventures and larger groups, she is the perfect ride balloon.

There is just something special about watching this balloon rise into the sky over Pagosa Springs. Reliable, comfortable, gorgeous, and built to work hard. Cameron definitely got this one right.

We are proud to fly Cameron Balloons and even more proud to share the experience with all of you.
