Tacos, music and culture will take over downtown Painesville on Sept. 13 for HOLA’s Taco Fest at Veterans Park. The free festival runs 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. with authentic food, artisan vendors, folkloric dancers, piñatas, lucha libre wrestling and more.
