HR Properties' 16th Member Guest Open House Tour Of Homes

Dear Friends and Fellow Members,

It is that time of year again! - 2016 Member Guest Real Estate Showcase!

Posted with this status update is a map showing the location of HR Properties' listed homes and condos that will be showcased on the HR Properties' 16th Member Guest Open House Tour Of Homes.

As usual, additional maps will be in our mail box, 1600 Buttonbush Circle in Tallowwood Village, starting tomorrow if you wish to swing by the house and pick one up! Our home is easy to find; we live on the corner of Buttonbush Circle! Just come to Tallowwood Village and look for #1600.

Additional tour maps will be available at our showcase homes as well as information on all homes and condominiums for sale in Harbour Ridge.

While this year the Club has requested that each real estate firm showcase 3 properties only, many of our listing sellers have requested that we include them on our map. When you visit the additional homes, you will be welcomed by the owner/member who has volunteered to stay in their own home to welcome you in person. We have a great line up for you to see.

We will host another Open House Tour to present more HR Properties' listings- details coming soon.

Summer is over and fall is fast approaching. When the car carriers appear
at the front gates of Harbour Ridge, I know the snowbirds are not far
behind! Thus, Season 2010/2011 Social Calendar kicks off with the Harbour
Ridge Yacht Club's "Commodore's Golf Outing and Reception", on October 26.
Harbour Ridge, located on the wide St. Lucie River in Palm City, Florida,
has 98 boat slips with direct ocean access. Membership in the Yacht Club
is available to all Harbour Ridge homeowners and there is a limited number
of rental and equity memberships are available to those who do not live in
Harbour Ridge. Harbour Ridge is a member of the Florida Counsel Of Yacht
Clubs which is a benefit for all Harbour Ridge members.
