🎇Come have a BLAST with us on the 4th...literally!🎇

The annual Palm Desert Independence Day Celebration is just a little over a week away! Bring the kids early for activities and games starting at 4:30 p.m., with Food Trucks serving up good eats at 5!

The Amphitheater comes to life at 7:30 p.m. with the All-American sounds of the Swing Cats Big Band, leading up to a spectacular fireworks finale at 9 p.m.!

🎸The first two Concerts in the Park have been amazing!🎸 A packed lawn, incredible entertainment, and everyone singing along with their favorite songs.

But we're not done yet! Our next FREE Concerts in the Park event is THIS Thursday with Eric Sage and Young Guns - a high-energy tribute to the country superstars of yesterday and today!

Plus The Big Easy Sandwich will be on hand serving up some great eats, and we'll have more giveaways at the Discover Palm Desert Visitor Center tent - stop by and say hi!

Every Thursday night in May, Civic Center Park Amphitheater is the place to be for five weeks of FREE live music under the stars! The fun starts *THIS* Thursday, May 1, with TLR - an amazing tribute to the Eagles! And that's just the beginning:

🐎🐎The Clydesdales make their return to El Paseo *TOMORROW* (Wednesday, April 23) at 2 p.m.!! 🐎🐎

The world-famous horse-drawn wagon will be making special deliveries to select Palm Desert restaurants, prior to its arrival at this year’s Stagecoach Festival.

The event is free and everyone is invited, but why not make an afternoon of it; come have lunch on El Paseo, and then watch the iconic horses on their route. If you have never seen them before, you won't want to miss it!

The horses get hitched up starting at 2 p.m., and then deliveries on El Paseo will start once they are ready to ride (approx. 3 p.m.)
