Welcome to Knotty Pine Bed and Breakfast…. an opportunity to experience the great frontier of Alaska while surrounded with modern comforts that would make this Arctic getaway enjoyable for anyone! We are conveniently located 58 minutes north of Anchorage, Alaska, where the Northern Lights are able to dance unhindered across the clear cold winter skies. acy with our guests… and with the stately moose that often meander through the green spruce trees. Our scribed 3600 sq. log home, was carefully designed to take advantage of the spectacular surrounding mountains and the magnificent beauty of the Alaska frontier. We have had the awesome experience of living in Alaska for 18 years now, and still think this is the most amazing place to be! We hope your stay in our home will give you the same sense of peace and joy. We want you to feel like our home is your home, though we may not be here when you arrive. A note on the door will explain where your room is and detailed instructions in the room will explain how you can contact us at any time and for any reason. Knotty Pine Bed and Breakfast is a newly constructed home, occupied by guest only. It is our desire to make our guests as comfortable as possible on the inside. Three large decks that surround most of the house enable each guest to enjoy the great outdoors without having to step foot on the ground. . A sense of coming home reaches out to greet you as you step into the spacious living room, enhanced by a vaulted ceiling, with artistically designed cedar paneling on the interior walls, a handcrafted diamond willow staircase, and soft leather couches to relax in. There is a fully equipped, custom designed kitchen that is open to all guests. Breakfast is self-served by the guests from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Fresh foods will be restocked daily. Check-In: 3:00 PM
