Whats it like owning a rental, well this time of year its not very social media present! 🤣

Let's recap the last few months
-I trained 18months for D***y @ disney along with a few other challenges. Im thankful I finished! 1 marathon and never again!

-I continously help our daughter with her small business which makes custom items while you shop or has them mailed to you. Only 3% of our sales are pre-made items

- oh and let's not forget this busy 1st grade teacher is working with a yearbook deadline t-7 days!

Whats it like owning VMPCB? 🧐
Well we love the blessing, the view, and the opportunity!🙏🏽

This does NOT mean its not hard work! Between friday night and today we have completed over 5 minor repairs, 10 preventive maintenance practices, and are still waiting to get the carpet cleaned and inspection complete. 5 trips to the storage unit, and recieved 3 deliveries along with what we brought with us.

We love our cleaner so thankfully we haven't had to clean, but those preventative practices and minor repairs add up and we try and save every penny we can!

Our home makes us happy and we work hard to make it a place we continue to love.

We've been to the beach once and hope to go again today to walk or Sit!-- (This is more of a personal choice because our son doesnt understand its cold and wants to go in, and we dont want to go in🤣)

Palm trees in PCB?! Yes!😲 Right at our back door! It makes our home feel so tropical! As if the beach at our back door wasnt enough! 🥰
