Both 1012 and 312 are 1 bed, 2 bath with a bunk room and sleep 6. *Bonus* 312 is one flight of stairs so you can avoid the elevators during busy season.

Hey All...just wanted to let everybody know that we sold our beach house on Cape San Blas but have just gone under contract on a third unit at Tidewater in Panama City Beach. This is unit is the same layout as our smaller unit (1012) with a master bedroom on the Gulf, a bunk room, and the ability to sleep 6. AND the best news is that its on the third floor...great views BUT only one flight of stairs for those trying to avoid the elevators during busy season. We're about a month out from taking possession but we are going to open up calendars on all three units as start booking out the rest of this year and 2025.

Tidewater Beach Resort offers everything a family could want in a vacation...indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a gym, a theatre, a restaurant, an arcade, and more. Most importantly, it offers a beachfront view and access to the the beautiful blue waters of Panama City Beach, Florida. The resort is a short walk to Pier Park and the restaurants, shopping, and attractions it has to offer.

Unit 1012 is the latest addition to our panhandle offerings. The hope was to have a more budget friendly option for a single family. It's perfect for a family of 4 (and will handle a couple of extras), and my favorite thing is that the master bedroom is situated beach side! We're offering discounted 2024 pricing for friends and family starting at $1200 for off-season weeks, $2400 for peak season weeks, and $2900 for the week of July 4th (prices include ALL taxes and fees).

Hey Friends! 2024 pricing on our Panama City Beach condo and Cape San Blas beach house is now available. I'll post the links in the comments.

More importantly though, we've fallen in love with the Tidewater Beach resort in PCB and will be closing on a second unit in that building in just a couple of weeks. This unit is smaller and more budget friendly for the smaller family that still wants that gorgeous Gulf front experience without needing to split it with another family. I've included the link to the virtual tour of the new unit.

This also means that we can now offer lodging for a group of up to 14 in the one building with a little bit of planning. But whether you're interested in the resort or the tranquility of the cape, please message me directly and we'll get you set up!
