You never know what you're gonna see at the Gulf of America! 🌧 This cool looking rain cloud was spotted last night. Today it's 86° and partly cloudy. The water temp is a comfortable 82.6°. It's gonna be an awesome summer! 🌞🌊🏖

I know of a great location where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset (and it has lots of other perks to go with it). Mimi's Haven is positioned in such a way that if you leave the curtains open in the bedroom overnight, you will be awakened by the most beautiful sunrise from your left. And in the evening, you will enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water on your right. It truly is the best of both worlds!!! Our summer calendar may be full, but this is a great time to start planning your fall vacation. We have openings for September and October and beyond. WE ARE TAKING A POLL!! We are thinking about adding some Adirondack chairs to the balcony at some point for additional seating, but we aren't sure which type our guests would most enjoy. Whether you have stayed at Mimi's Haven or not, we would LOVE to have your option...

The first one doesn't have a footrest but would leave plenty of walking space on the balcony.

The second one has a footrest but would slightly hinder space yet would be more comfortable.

If you want to hangout with the locals and enjoy some good food and drinks with a great atmosphere, Patches is the place to go. It is right next to the condo, so you don't even need to get in your car because it's a short walk. Once you get inside, you will see how the restaurant got it's name. 🌞🍹🐟
