It is unit 108 but is actually on the 5th floor as there are 4 floors of parking garage below it. If you park on the top floor of the parking garage it’s just one set of stairs up to the unit. So no need to take the elevator unless you’re hauling luggage or large loads. The floor to ceiling glass throughout different areas in the condo truly maximize the spectacular views. The unit also comes with a set of beach loungers and umbrella for you to use. The condo also has 4 additional beach chairs you are welcome to take down with you as well as a cooler for your drinks. You are also welcome to rent another set of loungers or an extra umbrella if you'd like. If you're traveling with kids there is a pack-n-play you are welcome to use as well as a booster seat.
