Enjoy our ground level 1br/1b Sunshine Villa, steps from the beach!

This completely remodeled condo is located at 506 E El Centro Blvd Panama City Beach, FL.

It’s a short, 3 minute walk to the closest public beach access.

The beach access is next to the Barefoot tiki bar so you’ll have access to a full bar for refreshments while you lounge in the sun and watch the waves! There’s also a green-space with a gazebo, great for picnics, and also a chair rental and water sports rental hut.

The condo is on the ground floor! You pull up directly to your front door in the parking spot allocated just for you. No elevators or searching endlessly for parking!

The condo sleeps 6. A queen bed in the master, built in twi. bunks, and a queen sofa sleeper.

Fully stocked kitchen, with full size appliances, including your own private washer and dryer.

The pool is right off the back patio so look forward to watching your family swim while grilling on the back deck or while lounging on the patio furniture.

This complex only has 16 units so you’ll never have to worry about too much noise or a crowded pool.

There’s also a large green-space for a fun game of corn hole or to let the kids play.

Many restaurants, including Sandbar seafood, and grocery stores are all within walking distance.

Sunshine Villa is only a mile from Pier Park!
