Walk straight into the living area from your car, assigned parking right outside the front door, plenty of extra spots as well. High-speed wifi. upstairs. 150 steps to the beach! Just outside the living room is a patio with seating and access to the beach boardwalk! There is a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Unit has Wi-Fi and cable. The complex is beautifully landscaped with a courtyard and large pool and hot tub. There is also a sauna in the shared outdoor bathroom. The large community beachfront deck with tables, chairs, and umbrellas is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. There are also power outlets on the deck for your charging pleasure. From the deck walk right out to the beautiful white sugar sand of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the ample room that you have on the beach in this quiet area. St Andrews State Park, Treasure Island Marina, and Captain Anderson's are popular destinations that are all within a couple of miles. Schooners is a short walk from the condo.

I have June 14th -21st available. Cost is $2500 for the week and a $200 cleaning fee. I can also split it up with a minimum of 3 nights. 3 nights $1200 with an additional $200 cleaning.
