Rumor has it Florida will lift the condo ban on Monday. Balcony sunsets await.

For those curious, the Shores sustained minor damage as a whole. We were not affected by the storm surge. The condos on either side of us and Pineapple Willy’s were hit hard. There is no electricity and no water. We are being asked to stay away so no word on individual units. The Shores was built to Miami-Dade engineering standards so it’s very solid, but it may be weeks before we know full extent. The older structures east of Edgewater definitely saw damage, but the west side of PCB and beyond fared well, all things considered.

Saw this on Google Maps. Pretty easy to see 1502 here. It's the one with the blue chairs on the balcony. (left side, circled in red) No worries about echos and loud noises coming from the pool deck. Just 180 degrees up and down the coast.
