The cute bunk area, kid zone, is furnished with 2 new comfortable twins’ beds with individual bookshelves, lights and USB port. The living area is an open floor and has an INCREDIBLE view of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico with its private entrance to the balcony. The renovated living area has soft leather furniture with memory foam sofa sleeper, and a 65-inch smart TV . Like gaming? We offers a PS5 for you to enjoy. The renovated fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals. The condo also offers a front load washer/dryer. I had family in town so… you know where I took them … Seascreamer😅😅😅😅. We had a blast 😍. If you never did the Sea Screamer… you MUST!!! I go 5-6 times a year and enjoy it everytime 🥰 Affordable… entertaining… fun… great music and..always enjoy seeing the dolphins

Summit is….Easter Ready!!!

Summit will have its first Easter Egg Hunts this year on Sat Apr 19 at 9am by the pool deck. Any kids finding a “shark egg😜”… will win a basket loaded with all kind of treats : candy; toys; color book and color…… 🥰

Also, anyone visiting that weekend will be able to enter their name to win a big 2025 bunny and chocolate 😄. Only requirement….answering your text/phone when we try reaching you. Must be present to win.

Some people like to buy their grocery at Walmart...I like Publix. Both places are fine.....just a matter of liking

Some people like to travel on "minimal side"...just a bed to lay on...I like more luxury, personalize /attention to details place to stay. Both are fine....just a matter of liking.

However, in both situation we can't compare the price as they are 2 different entities offering different services . It would be comparig apples to oranges.

Same when it come to booking a vacation home/condo. You can not judge a unit solely base on rate unless you also compare what is offer , how it is maintained and updated.

Last year I started a new approach to my vacation rental model.....a more "Boutique approach" that is more personalize with attention to the little details. Since we retired, we started traveling more and I discovered this new trend through some of our trips and...I embrassed it adding some of my favorite "treats/attention to details" to my rental business.

I am blessed as I am 95%+ repeat business. With so many VIPs, through my VIPs program, I am able to bring my rental to this new level of services that others dont offer. Even more, many have been coming for quite some years making it easier for me as it is more like friends visiting than stranger ...which i love!!

When I started , 23+ years ago, I never thought my life would be so enrich by these amazing guests. My VIPs define my business as they help it become who it is today by sharing with me ideas; needs and wants. I like to think we all grew together and share a common denominator.....our love for PCB!!! My ultimate goal was to make Hidden Treasure III...their home as much as it is mine :-). I believe that together....we achieve that!!

I want to take this opportunity tonight to thank all my VIPs for your support all these years...I would not be who I am today without your love and patronage. Hidden treasure is what it is today thanks to our team work all these years!!! :-)

I love my unit and I hope it shows. I am contantly upgrading and adding new personalize services/items. If this is not for you...thats ok....just move on. You dont have to reply mean comment after receiving my quote ...just delete it. I just dont get this. When I travel, I have a budget in mind and if the place I look at does not fit my need...I move on and thats it. I had never send nasty reply to anyone on this subject.....???

I work very hard at trying to make every stay at Hidden Treaasure the best it can be for all my guests. I am not perfect by all mean but give it my best/all everytime. I love what I do and love having my guest created everlasting memories in the BEST beach in the USA...PCB!!!

Want to venture out a little…. This little germ in Lynn Haven is a must go….about 20 min from Summit .

Simply Seafood…the seafood dip is sinful🥰🥰… I always get the blackened shrimp with the best white Mac and cheese around and polish sausage while hubby always goes for the shrimp boil🥰🥰.

We did not do desserts this time but… they are amazing.

Looking for something different and VERY affordable with great service…Simply Seafood in Lynn Haven
