The Summit 1230 - Panama City Beach The Summit 1230 is a condominium owned by my family! It’s been completely renovated for 2025! The bedroom has a king-size bed. Free wifi is also included.

We are very proud to own this one bedroom, one and half bathroom unit with spectacular views from our private gulf front balcony. This fully furnished condo has a complete kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven and stove, blender, coffee maker, as well as all cooking utensils, plates, pots and pans. Washer and dryer are also inside the unit so that

you can wash your clothes before returning home. There are twin bunk beds secluded off the hallway and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa. You will have access to cable HD TV with remote and a DVD player in the living room, and a TV with remote in the bedroom. his is a non-smoking unit, pets are not allowed, and subleasing is not allowed. The minimum age to rent is 21. The Summit complex has hundreds of feet of beach, two regular adult pools, two kiddie pools, two outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, sauna, game room, workout room, night lit tennis courts, charcoal barbecue with picnic area, shuffleboard, tiki hut by the pool, high speed internet cafe (free internet access) with ice cream shop, restaurant, kids playground right on the beach, Bikini Bobs Restaurant, plenty of parking. The complex is gated with 24 hour security.

Yesterday, Tropical storm  arrived at The Summit! It brought a lot of rain, high winds, huge waves, and 🚩🚩
We are happy to report that there was no damage here and the sun is shining today 🌞

Our building took a direct hit from a waterspout this morning! As you can see from these pictures, the winds were quite powerful. A lounge chair from the pool deck was launched up and landed on a 4th floor balcony, a railing was completely mangled on a 15th floor balcony, and the furniture around the pool was tossed into the dunes! Fortunately, no one was injured at our complex.

A homeowner captured the moment when a waterspout headed right towards our building this morning. There has been some damage caused to the building and the property. Will be posting pictures of the damage shortly.

Apparently, Facebook has changed the notification settings for all members of all groups from “All Posts” to “Highlights”. This means you will only receive about 1 in 10 posts from your group. If you want to see all posts on the group, go to the main page for the group, click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner, go down and click Notifications, then change it to “All Posts”. You’ll need to do this on all groups to which you belong.
