This charming beach home in Laguna Beach, Florida (west Panama City) is steps from the beach with amazing gulf views from front sun porch and master bedroom. The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath – master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a futon in the back sunroom that opens to a double for additional sleeping space and a queen size bed. House has a Keurig Coffee Maker, Fresh Brew Coffee Maker, Blender, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven.

$200 cleaning fee
$350 damage deposit (refundable within 14 days after house cleaned and checked)

September (*beginning after labor day week) – End of October =
$1850 per week
$175 cleaning fee
$350 damage deposit (refundable within 14 days after house cleaned and checked)

Monthly Rates:

November – End of February =
(*if home is not rented monthly during this time holiday weeks will be available for Thanksgiving and Christmas for $2000 per week, and $1500 per week any other week during this time with weekly cleaning fee and damage deposit as listed in weekly rates above)
$2500 per month
$400 cleaning fee
$550 damage deposit (refundable within 14 days after house cleaned and checked)

The refundable damage deposit is due to hold a reservation. Full rental amount and cleaning fee is due 30 days before check in.
